Summer Camp

I am preparing to be a camp counselor at Summer’s Best Two Weeks this summer. I am hoping for a summer full of opportunities to invest in the lives of others, and at the same time I am expecting God to do huge things in my own life. This summer my heart will be stretched, and with His grace, continue to grow towards God. I am asking my friends at home to pray for me, that God will work through me, and despite me, that He may be glorified. This is more than a “prayer request”. I am asking you to extend your hearts in prayer with me in all that this summer holds. This blog post serves to let the majority of people know about my plans for the summer, but I am hoping to share my hopes for this summer with many of you on an individual basis, so that as this summer approaches, and into camp, I can share with you how I experience God working. So with that said, there are several aspects of ministry that the camp staff will be covering in prayer. I want to share with you a list that they have made as a reminder for anyone who will commit to praying for Summer’s Best Two Weeks.
